Celery Stalks -  An aromatic vegetable that adds an aromatic edge to the soup.

Carrots - Carrots add sweetness to Tomato Basil Soup

Onion - Used in the base of most of the recipes, onions add to the overall taste and texture of the dish.

Dried Basil - Rich in vitamins, minerals, and a range of antioxidants. it adds a distinctive flavor to the soup

Diced Tomato- Adds a particular flavor and sweetness to the soup

How to make

Get all the ingredients together

Chop Celery Stalks into pieces

Put  sliced onion into the instant pot

Put cut carrots into the instant pot

Put chopped celery stalks into the instant pot

Add one tablespoon salt into the instant pot

Add one tablespoon of Black pepper

Add ¼ tablespoon of Red Pepper Flakes

Add one tablespoon of dried Basil

Add some Bay leaves into the instant pot

Add 14 Oz diced Tomato

Pour ¼ cup Vegetable Broth into Instant Pot

Pour ½ cup of Vegan Cream into an instant pot

Sauté for 3-minutes at normal temperature and final the soup is ready to be served

Your Instant Pot Tomato Basil Soup is ready to be served. Garnish it with fresh basil leaves and enjoy it with other food on the dining table.

  • 3 Celery stalks fresh
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Onion shredded
  • 2 Carrot
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • ¼ tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil dried
  • ¼ cup spring onions
  • 14 oz diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup vegatable broth


  • Add butter to an instant pot. Press 'Saute' at high and set timings at 25 minutes.
  • Add onions, salt, black pepper, and shredded carrot to an instant pot and give a proper mix.
  • Now, add vegetable broth, all spices, black pepper red pepper flakes, to an instant pot and stir a bit.
  • Add diced tomatoes to it. Keep stirring until it simmers
  • Dish out the delicious tomato soup. Garnish it with shredded cheddar cheese and serve!
