Which ingredients do I double if I'm going to cook 4 filets?
I would double all of the ingredients except for the water.
Loved how well this turned out. The mahi-mahi was super moist and delicious. Honey and lemon give the fish a delightful taste that is a treat to the taste buds.
Yes, indeed Angelita! This is one of my favourite dishes that I make often for my family.
Can I make this with other fish, like salmon, cod, or trout with the same timings? And are there different timings with the frozen fish fillets?
Yes,you can make this with any kind of fish with same timings. Just check for the measurement of fillets in ounces, if greater than 4 ounces, then you need to increase the timings. The timings for frozen fillets is 2 more minutes at high pressure.
Wonderful recipe! I used frozen mahi mahi and didn't bother thawing it before putting in the instant pot. Only thing I did differently was to cook on Steam for 8 minutes instead of 5. Couldn't be more convenient, and can't wait to make it again.
Thank you for your compliment Bradly! I'm glad that you found the recipe helpful.
