  • 2 celery chopped
  • 2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 ¼ cup red lentils
  • 1 tablespoon parsley


  • Take your instant pot, pour chicken broth, and add lentils.
  • Cover the pot and set it to high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Do a quick release.
  • Add previously chopped vegetables and cover the pot.
  • Set the pot to high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Do a quick release.
