This pork sirloin tip roast is a delightful dish. It gives a great pleasure to your family.
The crusty seasoning of salt and pepper makes it even tastier.
Usually we make it in the oven or in a slow cooker, but using the Instant Pot we can do it much faster.

Echoing Leslie, title says pork sirloin, but recipe calls for shoulder โ is this compatible with the leaner cut named in the title or are mods needed?
I guess you never looked back but you have comments with people like me who want to know what and when to do with the onions and garlic please
Sorry about that, sometimes comments get lost! I add the onions and garlic in with the water to flavor the pork.
Thanks. Would be glad if you can fix the recipe as well.
Yes of course! Done.
Thank you for being specific on the cut of meat. Costco sells "Pork Sirloin Tip Roast" and it's hard to find a recipe. Your recipe was perfect.
You're welcome! Glad you liked the recipe!
This recipe calls for onion and cloves of garlic, but nowhere in the instructions does it mention them.
Title = Pork Sirloin Tip Roast
Ingredients = 2 lb pork shoulder
Please clarify what this recipe actually is, as these are 2 different cuts of meat.
Thank you
Leslie mentioned you have quartered onions and clove garlic but you don't mention them one presumes you put them on top of the roast or some down inside the water at the bottom but it was nice to have them mentioned
