Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz.) salmon steaks
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

Instructions

  • Marinate the salmon steaks in rest of the ingredients for 15 minutes.
  • Put the marinated salmon steaks in the Instant Pot.
  • Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” and “High Pressure” for about 8 minutes.
  • Release the pressure naturally and dish out the steaks.
  • Allow the sauce to simmer for 3 minutes and drizzle the sauce on the steaks.
