Instant Pot Falafel

Have you ever tasted Falafel? They are a popular Arabic street food which is really tasty and easy to prepare at home.

They are normally deep-fried, but you can also stir-fry them (using precooked chickpeas) so that they turn out healthier and lighter.

For this recipe an Instant Pot is the perfect choice. Serve them with homemade hummus or yogurt sauce and raw fresh veggies for a great meal!

  1. Do you need to flip them over part way through the cooking process in the Instantpot or do they brown on both sides without flipping them? I’m new to Instantpot. Thank you!
