Ingredients

  • 4 russet potatoes medium
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 cup canned chili

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
