  • 4 russet potatoes medium
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 cup canned chili


  • Preheat your oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut them into thin French fry-shaped sticks.
  • In a large bowl, toss the potatos in the vegetable oil, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.
  • Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fries are crispy and golden.
