Ingredients

  • 1 17.3-ounce package puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 pound sausages casings removed
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup chopped herbs and spices such as parsley, thyme, or paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
