Ingredients

  • 1 cup black rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Carefully rinse and dry your black rice.

  2. Pour water into your Instant Pot.

  3. Add rice and cook at high pressure for 18 minutes.

  4. Let the steam release naturally.

  5. Open the lid and add some olive oil.

  6. Adjust with salt, stir well and serve.
