Ingredients

  • 500 g Meat Beef or Chicken, cubed
  • 2 large Potatoes cubed
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cups Beef or Chicken Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • Optional veggies like bell peppers, green beans, etc.

Instructions

  • If you're browning the meat, do this first in a hot pan with a bit of oil. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pot or a slow cooker, combine meat, potatoes, carrots, onion, and any optional veggies.
  • Pour in tomato sauce and broth.
  • Add garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Simmer on low heat for about 2-3 hours until meat is tender and veggies are cooked through.
