- 1 egg

- ยผ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1¾ cup beef broth
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
