- 1 pound ground elk meat
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ chopped onion

- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- ½ teaspoon Allspice
- 1 egg
- ½ tablespoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1¾ cup beef broth
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Mashed potatoes/egg noodles for serving
Instructions
- Take a skillet and melt one tablespoon of butter in it. Once melted, add onions and garlic to sautee.
- Take a large bowl and mix ground elk, bread crumbs, garlic, onions, egg, salt, pepper and Allspice. Use hands to mix everything.
