Instructions
Take a skillet and melt one tablespoon of butter in it. Once melted, add onions and garlic to sautee.
Take a large bowl and mix ground elk, bread crumbs, garlic, onions, egg, salt, pepper and Allspice. Use hands to mix everything.
Make meatballs with the meat mixture and cook them in melted butter and olive oil. Place the meatballs aside when cooked.
Now whisk flour in the melting unsalted butter. Also, pour in broth and whisk continually.
Add Worcestershire sauce, sour cream and mustard and cook the sauce.
Put all the cooked meatballs back and mix
Serve the meatballs over mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
