Ingredients

Shrimp - Rich in protein and low in calories, perfect for a light meal. Substitute with chicken or tofu if desired.

Broccoli - Full of nutrients and fiber, adds a nice crunch. Replace with cauliflower or green beans if needed.

Soy sauce - Provides a salty, umami flavor. Tamari or coconut aminos can be used for gluten-free options.

Garlic - Gives a delicious aroma and taste. Can be substituted with garlic powder if fresh is unavailable.

Cornstarch - Thickens the sauce for a better texture. Arrowroot powder works as a substitute.

  1. I like to use half vegetable oil and half sesame oil to quickly fry the shrimp. Also, I sometimes use teriyaki sauce instead of the soy sauce.
