Instant Pot  Cheesecake

Only 4 ingredients!

Step 1

Melt the chocolate in the microwave and combine with the cheese.

Step 2

Add egg yolks and orange extract and keep stirring well.

Step 3

On a separate bowl beat  egg whites until firm.

Step 4

Fold the egg whites into  the cheese mix in the first bowl and Stir until smooth.

Step 5

pour into a springform or an aluminum pan and place it in the Instant Pot.

Step 6

Add 1.5 cups of water to the Instant Pot, close the lid and cook on high pressure for 17 minutes.

Step 7

When cooking time ends, wait for the pressure to release naturally and open the lid.

Step 8

Let the cake cool down for 2 hours and enjoy!
