Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 lemongrass stalks bruised and chopped
  • A thumb-sized piece ginger finely sliced
  • 1 red chili deseeded and chopped

Instructions

  • In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add lemongrass, ginger, and chili.
