  • ½ cup Peeled Apples
  • 1 Cup Milk 1.75 oz

    At 5'7" I was 130 pounds 10 years ago, i ran 5 miles a day, did cardio, lifted weights and my job was 9 hours a day 6 days a week at a saw mile livting extremely heavy things to top it off. I was the happiest id ever been at 39 and after becoming disabled, I weighed at 334 lbs today at my doctor. I had already bought a blendjet and now I'm not choosing cake, candy, pudding ect.
