Ingredients

  • Sausages 5-6
  • Onions 2, sliced
  • Curry Powder 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 400g, canned or fresh
  • Coconut Milk 400ml
  • Garlic 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger 1 inch, grated
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Coriander for garnish
  • Optional: Bell Peppers Peas

Instructions
