1. Zebra Cakes

I had a friend in high school who ate two Zebra Cakes daily for lunch. The Little Debbie company packaged nostalgia within those striped hexagonal cakes and perfected texture blending, what with a solid coat of frosting on the outside and a spongy, moist vanilla cake on the inside.

2. Smartfood White Cheddar Popcorn

Several users claim Smartfood's White Cheddar Popcorn is the most addicting snack. Between the white cheddar flavoring spread through each popped kernel and the soft crunch of the popped corn, you can't get a much better snack than this one.

3. Pringles

Pringles fans state no flavor is safe around them. Each Pringles lover says they eat the crisped snack by the can, from honey mustard to sour cream and onion to cheddar. One person even jokes that they tried consuming the cardboard can to get more Pringle taste.

4. Krispy Kreme Doughnut

"I have lost 70 lbs this year through healthy dieting and regular exercise. I live in fear of someone bringing warm Krispy Kreme's into the house. I could eat half a dozen without blinking an eye," a donut aficionado shares. Who can resist a Krispy Kreme doughnut (or six) fresh off the line?

Many think Thin Mints are the best Girl Scout cookie flavor. They are another chocolate cookie that happens to be vegan, and devotees adore letting them cool in the freezer for a cool snack in the hot summer. Someone quips one sleeve is one serving.

7. Doritos

My cousin used to eat a bag of Doritos every day. She lounged on the couch, turned on whatever popular sitcom aired that week, and saved the cheesiest chips for last. She laid them on the top of the couch and inspected the amount of cheese before licking the chip free of all the nacho cheddar.

8. Cheez-Its

The baked, square, bite-size cheese crackers amassed a large following after entering the world in 1921. One hundred and two years later, Cheez-it offers multiple flavors, a fan favorite being extra toasty and white cheddar. One respondent utters that they didn't think Cheez-Its could taste better until they tried the extra toasty version.

9. Jerky

"I like trying out different types of meat. Have friends that'll swap elk jerky for alligator, rabbit, duck, etc. jerky. It is so good, and I love trying out the new varieties. We have a bunch of jerky outlets where I live, so I check sales a lot, too. It is rare to find one, though," a jerky enthusiast gushes.

10. Fritos Flavor Twists Honey BBQ

A user avers the honey BBQ variation of Fritos Twists were the only food they tasted during their time diagnosed with COVID-19, and they think they remain alive because of the corn twists. Another respondent agrees, attesting they ate these chips to come out of their postpartum depression.

Dot's Pretzels' tagline reads, "The snack you didn't know you needed — once you start, you can't stop!" That sentiment remains true according to all of Dot's Pretzels worshippers. Each flavor packs its own unforgettable punch, and you'll never find a flavor that lacks.

12. Hummus

"Hummus. I'll crush the entire container. My wife and I even invented a veto system where if the other person wants to get something, but you both know they lack the self-control not to consume the entire thing, you declare a hummus," a couple jests.

13. Peanut M&M's

Envision a perfect candy. What does it look like? Is it an ovular-shaped chocolate-coated shell with a peanut logged in the middle and surrounded by delectable milk chocolate? Peanut M&Ms mesh the nutty peanut flavor well with the sweet chocolate essence, making for a great sweet and salty snack.

14. Reese's Pieces

A former Reese's Pieces devotee admits they no longer can consume the peanut butter candies since they embarked on a dangerous Reese's Pieces bender in high school and upchucked a whole bag of the confection. To this day, they cannot look Reese's Pieces in the eye.

15. Gummy Bears

Commenters concurred that Haribo and Albanese are the superior gummy bear brands today. Haribo gets brownie points for the classic tastes like cherry, strawberry, lemon, and orange, and Albanese Gummy Bears for their mango, Asian pear, and blood orange flavors.

16. Oatmeal Cream Pies

Snacks aren't limited to human epicures. "I can't have Oatmeal creme pies in my house because my cat Artemis is obsessed. If I open one of those? A little kitty missile will come out of nowhere and jump on my stomach, and I'll inevitably drop the pie, and she'll steal it. She'll even chew on the box they are in. It's absolutely crazy," Artemis' parent laughs.

17. Pistachios

Foodies blame pistachio's addictiveness on the mechanical action required with consuming the salty snack. You become entranced in picking up the shelled nut, cracking open the shell, popping the kernel in your mouth, and repeating until the bag is empty.

18. Candy Pumpkins

Sometimes, a job tests your limits and pushes you to become a version of yourself you aren't proud of. This person recalls their first job, a babysitting gig at age 10, at their neighbor's house. Once alone, they spotted a prime bag of candy pumpkins. Before the parents left the sitter, they informed him to help himself to anything, so he took the advice and sat down with the bag of pumpkins, devouring every last candy before the parents returned. He stuffed the empty bag in his pocket and painted a nervous smile on his face as the parents came home and paid him his wage.

19. Utz Cheese Balls

An early childhood picture resurfaced in my house earlier this year of me as a two-year-old, covered in cheese dust from Utz's delectable cheese balls. At the young age of two, I couldn't resist downing a whole case of cheddar-crusted cheezy snacks, and every Halloween, I buy a box.

20. Takis

The best part of engulfing Takis is the leftover spicy dust at the bottom of the bag. A Taki appreciator writes they will eat the chip until their tongue is sore and continue to much until the bag is empty.
