1. Simple Burgers Are Better

Nowadays, people put anything and everything on burgers. From nacho cheese to donuts to peanut butter, the wild burger toppings can be truly astonishing. While some love this adventurous and creative spirit, other people think that burgers are best when they are simple. Some even think cheese is unnecessary, and all you need is a bun to go with your patty.

2. Seafood and Cheese Can Coexist

Many culinary experts have demonized seafood and cheese together, saying the two should never appear in a dish together or it’s blasphemy. But what about lobster mac and cheese? What about tuna melts? What about shrimp Alfredo? Under the right circumstances, seafood and cheese can be a mouth-watering marriage.
