Instructions
Press saute and add olive oil.
Add onions, garlic and tomato paste and saute for 3 minutes until brown.
Add canned tomatoes, bay leaves, red wine, water, oregano, basil, salt and pepper and stir well.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
Serve and enjoy :)
