  • 1 lb baby red potatoes cut in half
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh herbs to taste


  • Wash and dry your potatoes.
  • Place the potatoes in the Instant Pot .
  • Pour vegetable broth
  • Cook at high pressure for 7 minutes.
  • When cooking time ends, to a quick pressure release.
  • Open the lid and serve. Feel free to sprinkle them with fresh herb, salt and pepper to taste.
