Instructions
Pour the dried navy beans into the Instant Pot.
Add the garlic, chicken stock, salt, olive oil and mix well.
Put on the the lid and cook on high pressure for 50 minutes.
When the cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release and serve.

Save some prep time and buy minced garlic at the store! You can already get it chopped and ready to add!
To get the beans out of the Instant Pot, use a slotted spoon. This will leave the liquid in the pot.
Another possibility that may work to help cut down on gas is to use vinegar or apple cider vinegar when cooking the beans.
