Instant Pot White Beans
This Instant Pot white beans recipe is so simple yet so delicious! No soaking required!

white beans
no soaking required
4
cups
vegetable broth
1
tablespoon
onion powder
½
teaspoon
salt
2
tablespoon
garlic Powder
6
bay leaves
parsley
for serving
Instructions
Place all of the white beans inside the Instant Pot.
Add vegetable broth, onion powder, salt, garlic powder and bay leaves. Stir until mixed.
Put on the lid and cook on high pressure for 1 hour (60 minutes).
When the cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
Put the white beans into your favorite serving bowl and garnish with parsley.
Serve and enjoy :)

Notes
For this recipe you can use Navy Beans, Great Northern beans or Cannellini beans.
Once you cook these beans, you can add them straight to your freezer! Just let them cool down first before storing.
If you want to add in some cooked bacon chunks or bits of onion, those are great ingredients to enhance the flavor.
As long as you're using dried beans, you can use other types of beans for this same cooking process
