In a large resealable bag, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels. Add them to the bag, seal, and shake until they are well coated with the breadcrumb mixture.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the coated chicken pieces in the basket, making sure they are not touching.
Spray the top of the chicken lightly with cooking spray. Cook for 10 minutes, flip the chicken, and then cook for another 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
