Instructions
In a small pot, mix the gelatin powder with 1 cup of water. Let it sit for a few minutes to soften.
Heat the gelatin mixture over low heat, stirring until the gelatin dissolves completely. Do not boil.
Add the brewed coffee and sugar to the pot. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or mold. Let it cool to room temperature.
Refrigerate until firm, about 3-4 hours or overnight.
Once set, cut the jelly into cubes or desired shapes.
Serve the coffee jelly with a drizzle of heavy cream or whipped cream on top.
Notes
Make sure the gelatin is completely dissolved in the water for a smooth texture.
