Instructions
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic. Stir until all the ingredients are well mixed.
Taste the sauce and adjust any ingredients as needed. If you like it sweeter, add honey or agave syrup to taste.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less Sriracha sauce.
• If the sauce is too thick, thin it with a little water or lime juice.
• Taste as you go and adjust the seasoning to your preference.
