Rub the salt, pepper, and paprika on your short ribs.
Heat olive oil in your Instant Pot and press "saute".
Once hot, add your ribs and sear on each side for 1-2 minutes.
Once browned, add onion, garlic, beef broth, red wine, Worcestershire sauce, and rosemary to the pot.
Place the lid on and lock it in place. Pressure cook on high for 50 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick release.
Serve with your favorite side dish, and enjoy!

Don't skimp on seasoning. Premix your salt, pepper, paprika, and any other desired herbs or spices to make a dry rub before applying them to your beef short ribs. To generously coat them in your dry rub, you may need to increase the amount of seasonings you use depending on the size of your ribs.
Test the doneness of your beef short ribs by inserting a fork or knife into the meat. It should slide in easily with little resistance once the ribs are fully cooked.
