1package10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
1cupsour cream
1cupmayonnaise
1can8 oz water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3green onionschopped
Optional: 1 bread bowl for serving
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the spinach, Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, and green onions. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
If serving in a bread bowl, cut the top off the loaf of bread and remove the inside to create a bowl. Fill the bread bowl with the chilled dip.
Serve the dip with your choice of bread pieces, vegetables, chips, or crackers.
Notes
Make sure to squeeze all the water out of the spinach to avoid a watery dip.
• Chill the dip for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
