Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, shredded cabbage, and grated carrot.
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey (if using). Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the dressing over the apple-cabbage mixture and toss until well coated.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Optional: Garnish with nuts, raisins, or parsley before serving.
Notes
Cut apples last to prevent browning.
