sago/tapioca pearls

coconut milk

Instructions
Boil sago in water until transparent. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Blend one mango into a puree. Dice the other mango.
In a bowl, mix sago, mango puree, coconut milk, sugar, and condensed milk.
Refrigerate for an hour.
Serve chilled, garnished with diced mangoes and optional garnishes.
Notes
Use ripe, sweet mangoes for the best flavor.
Rinse sago under cold water after boiling to prevent sticking.
Chill the dessert before serving for a refreshing taste.
Adjust sweetness according to your preference.
