Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the flour and cinnamon. Set aside.
In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
Beat in the egg.
Slowly add the flour and cinnamon mix to the wet ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the baking sheet.
Flatten each ball slightly with a fork.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Let them cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure your butter is at room temperature for easier mixing.
Sift the flour and cinnamon together for a smoother texture.
If the dough is too sticky, chill it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
You can add extras like chocolate chips or nuts if you like.
Use parchment paper on the baking sheet for easier cleanup.
