Ingredients
For Dough:

packet active dry yeast
about 2 ¼ teaspoons

warm eggnog

For Filling:

softened butter

cup
brown sugar

tablespoon
ground cinnamon
Instructions
In a bowl, mix warm eggnog and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add sugar, melted butter, salt, and 3 cups of flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until combined.
Keep adding the remaining flour slowly until the dough forms and is no longer sticky.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread softened butter, sprinkle brown sugar, and then cinnamon.
Roll up the dough tightly and cut into slices.
Place slices in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Allow the dough enough time to rise. This ensures fluffy and soft rolls.
To avoid overbaking, always preheat your oven.
Use dental floss to cut the dough into rolls. This gives a cleaner cut than using a knife.
If your dough is too sticky, add flour a little at a time until it's manageable.
For best flavor, use freshly grated nutmeg in your eggnog.
