Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix butter, 1 cup brown sugar, and eggs until smooth.
Add flour, baking powder, salt, and milk. Mix just until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
For the crumb topping, mix ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup flour, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, and ¼ cup softened butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the batter.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool before serving.
