Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the swordfish steaks dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, juice from half a lemon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Rub the mixture over both sides of the swordfish steaks.
Place the seasoned steaks in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't overlap.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
Notes
Make sure the swordfish steaks are dry before seasoning to help them crisp up.
Don't overlap the swordfish steaks in the air fryer; give them space for even cooking.
You can preheat the air fryer for a couple of minutes for quicker cooking.
Check the fish's internal temperature; it should reach at least 145°F (63°C).
