1
onion
chopped
1
cup
tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: olive oil

Instructions
Heat a large pan over medium heat.
Add the ground beef and cook until it's no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onions and bell peppers to the pan. Cook until softened.
Add the diced potatoes to the pan. Cook until they are tender.
Pour in the tomato sauce. Mix everything well.
Lower the heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust as needed.
Serve hot with your choice from the serving suggestions.
Notes
Use a non-stick pan to avoid the meat and potatoes sticking.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes so they cook faster and blend well with the meat.
If you like it spicy, add some chili flakes or a hot pepper.
Draining excess fat from the ground beef will make the dish less greasy.
Taste and adjust seasoning before serving to make sure it’s to your liking.
