Bread Crumbs

Ketchup

Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, and chopped onion.
Add ketchup and mix well.
Crack the egg into the mix and stir until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper.
Shape the mix into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Don't Overmix
: Mixing too much makes the meatloaf tough.
Check Internal Temp
: Use a meat thermometer. Aim for 160°F (71°C).
Let It Rest
: After cooking, let the meatloaf sit for 10 minutes to lock in juices.
