beef
thinly sliced
2
packs ramen noodles
4
cups
beef broth
2
cloves
garlic
minced
4
stalks green onions
chopped
Instructions
In a pot, bring the beef broth to a boil.
Add minced garlic to the broth. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
In another pot, cook ramen noodles as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Add the thinly sliced beef to the boiling broth. Cook until the beef changes color, about 2 minutes.
Add green onions. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Place cooked ramen noodles in bowls.
Pour the hot beef and broth over the noodles.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Use low-sodium broth to control saltiness.
Freeze beef for 30 minutes before slicing; it makes it easier to cut.
Taste and adjust. You can always add more spices or soy sauce.
You can make this ahead of time, but keep noodles and broth separate until serving.
For a spicy kick, add some chili flakes or Sriracha sauce.
