1poundsbeefflank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain
2cupsbroccoli florets
4tablespoonssoy sauce

Instructions
In a bowl, marinate the sliced beef with half of the soy sauce, half of the minced garlic, and half of the grated ginger for at least 30 minutes.
In a pan or wok, heat some oil on medium-high heat. Add the beef slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add a touch more oil and sauté the remaining garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry until they turn bright green but remain slightly crunchy.
Return the beef to the pan and pour in the remaining soy sauce. Stir well until everything is evenly coated and heated through.
Serve immediately.
