Instructions
In a bowl, mix yogurt, Tikka Masala spice mix, lemon juice, and cilantro to form a marinade.
Add chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they're well coated. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, ideally overnight.
Preheat grill on medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
Place skewers on the grill, cooking each side for 4-5 minutes or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
Notes
Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for the best flavor.
