Instructions
Pat the chicken breasts dry.
Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour, dip into beaten eggs, then coat with the parmesan cheese.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the chicken breasts, cook for about 4-5 minutes each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Pat the chicken dry before coating. It helps the coating stick better.
Don’t rush the frying process. Lower heat gives the chicken time to cook thoroughly without burning the outside.
