Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spread the oats on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix together the honey and peanut butter until smooth.
Add the toasted oats, dried fruit, and nuts to the bowl. Mix well.
Press the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch baking dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Let the granola bars cool completely before cutting into bars.
