Add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon, brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, and oregano to a bowl. Stir to combine.
Add pork ribs to the seasoning and coat evenly in the mixture.

If your boneless pork ribs have excess fat or silver skin, you can trim it off prior to seasoning for leaner results.
