Bring one cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan.
Add egg noodles to the boiling water. Allow them to cook for a few minutes until they are soft. Strain and set aside.
In a wok or large pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Add your chicken and continue to cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add bell pepper, carrot, bean sprouts, and stir to combine.
Stir in ginger, then add your egg noodles to the wok.
Mix in the Oyster sauce, soy sauce, and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
Divide your noodles between bowls, and garnish with green onion and black sesame seeds.
Serve while fresh, and enjoy :)

Notes
Parboil the noodles for a few minutes less than the recommended cooking time on the package. This helps prevent the noodles from becoming mushy when stir-fried later.
Stir-frying is a fast cooking method, so it's essential to have all your ingredients chopped, measured, and organized before you start cooking.
Optional: At the end of cooking, drizzle a small amount of sesame oil over the noodles to enhance the aroma and add a delightful flavor.
Adjust the sauce ingredients to suit your taste preferences.
Experiment with different proteins and vegetables for a unique twist.
