BBQ sauce

brown sugar

tablespoon
garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Instructions
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
In a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat the ribs with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium heat and set up for indirect cooking.
Grill the ribs for about 1.5-2 hours, until tender.
Baste with extra BBQ sauce during the last 10-15 minutes of grilling.
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
Notes
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for a more tender result.
Marinate the ribs for at least 2 hours or overnight for optimal flavor.
Use indirect heat when grilling to prevent the ribs from burning.
Baste the ribs with extra BBQ sauce during the last 10-15 minutes of grilling for a sticky, flavorful glaze.
