large head cauliflower
cut into florets

gochujang

tablespoons
soy sauce

garlic

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
Add cauliflower florets and toss until well coated.
Spread cauliflower on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.
Garnish with sliced green onions and serve.
Notes
Cut cauliflower into even-sized florets for uniform cooking.
Adjust the spice level by using more or less gochujang.
