Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey until cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in taco seasoning, salsa, and black beans. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half of the turkey mixture, followed by half of the cheese. Repeat with the remaining turkey and cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
Use a preheated oven for even cooking.
Drain and rinse canned beans to reduce sodium content.
