Put on the Instant Pot lid. Cook at high pressure for 3 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick release and stir well.

You will have to stir the mixture for several minutes once you take off the lid. This is to melt the butter and the cream cheese completely. You don't want any chunks in there!
You can easily add in mushrooms, onions, and even diced peppers.
If you don't want to use heavy cream, you can use Greek yogurt instead. This is another way to add protein to the dish!
