cauliflower head
chop into large pieces
1
tablespoon
butter
softened
1
garlic clove
minced
½
cup
feta cheese
2
teaspoon
fresh chives
minced
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot.
Place the trivet in the bottom of your Instant Pot.
Place the cauliflower pieces on top of the trivet.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
When cooking time ends, do a quick pressure release and open the lid.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend well using an immersion hand blender.
Serve and enjoy :]
