cream cheese

Instructions
Add butter into the Instant Pot and press "saute".
Add garlic and onion and saute for 3 minutes until golden.
Add spinach, potatoes and chicken broth and salt and pepper to taste and stir well.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release and open the lid.
Once done. Do a quick pressure release (move the little handle to "venting").
Blend using an immersion blender.
Add cream cheese and saute for 1 minute.
Serve and enjoy :)
