Instructions
Press "saute" and add olive oil.
Add chopped garlic and onions into the pot and saute for 5 minutes.
Add chopped sausages, bell pepper, celery, and carrots, and stir well.
Add salsa, oregano, sage, salt, black pepper, vegetable broth, thyme, and red beans and stir well.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 40 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural release for 20 minutes.
open the lid and serve over rice.
